I might be going to the Nurburgring next week. I don't have time to study maps in order to pick out a possible drive around the Eiffels while I'll be there. Has anyone got a route mapped out on Mapsource that they could send me.

Virtually any ride in the area is worth doing, just get on yer bike and head off....

Just bear in mind that if you do go , many roads are closed to bikers in the weekends. Lots of great roads are simply over used on Saturdays and sundays so watch out for the sign posts and don't be tempted to ignore them the locals are hostile and the cops can be very intolerant. It's done to reduce the amount of screaming race bikes tearing around the roads and creating lost of noise and accidents every weekend. If you can ride there on a weekday no problem it's just restricted on Saturdays and Sundays. Take a look at bestbikingroads.com you can down load some goot route waypoints there.

Or...........you could try Sliders guest house, an ex-RAF guy called Bryn who will point you in the direction of some outstanding riding before going onto the Ring. Satelite TV in English, fridge full of cold beer. Small Village called Dollendorf just off the 258 and 15 glorious minutes from the Ring.
