Encore une fois

One mate used these folk to print his book (Echos of a dream, a crag rats tale by Alan Richard McHardy)

He had a type setter called Monkey gone to Heaven but I can't find them online. There will be others. He printed as many as he though he would sell and made money on each one.

Another mate got a publisher deal and all the marketing etc that goes with it but he only gets about £2 a book from them. In Some Lost Place by Sandy Allan. Published by Vertebrate Publishing but it's hard to get a decent deal with a publisher. Self printing seems the best option.
Thanks 👍 TBH I’d be well happy with £2 a copy if someone did all the associated stuff😀. I’ll have to look into it some more. I’m guessing a publisher today might not be comfortable with my writing. They might run it through an AI ‘woke and PC’ analysis, get 2,345,877 issues and a recommendation to contact the police reported then just run a mile😀

Brilliant write up and photography. Kept me entertained on a wet, windy and grey Belfast afternoon. (y)

I am stuck at home recovering from an op - and have Binged your whole trip this afternoon .
Ain’t done as much as you ,,but I have done enough motorcycle wandering on the planet to understand that you are a much more unusual man than you seem to think you are ,self awareness is much more scarce than it should be .
Well done sir for doing your OWN THING , and allowing us to ride along - Thanks .

Simply a masterclass in story telling, along wth some stunning photography. thank you so much it had me in stiches.

Brilliant. Thank you. Thoroughly enjoyed the report, and your outstanding photos, from start to finish. I lived in Turkey for 13 years and the sections covering Turkey and Georgia brought back fond memories of folk we met and places the wife and I had travelled through together. I'm off to catch up on more of your musings.

Cheers,

DickyB
