Thoroughly entertaining for us stuck at home. We had planned to go to Belgium and onwards this spring.... maybe next year now. Things get in the way, so make the most of what you can do before all that happens.

Great pictures and that one of the bike parked with the Dragon's Back in the background deserves a place on the wall.

Providing, as I have seen happen, a later arriving bikermate or three, doesn’t block you in and then spend the next morning sleeping in or going off for a stroll around town.

Dragon's back? Which one is that? The one near Stelvio? I've been looking for the name of it, that massive bloody mountain, thank you!

Ah yes those. They are quite interesting. I'm still looking for that massive mountain by Stelvio but I know of Churfirsten. The wife's gran was telling me how, when she was growing up in this area, they used to explore those individual mountains.

And just like that. The trip is done. 2200 odd miles I think it was. I'll be back for sure.

Last day was just a mile muncher. 715 miles in 13 hours. Not again

Nurburgring is a scary place, I plucked up the courage to do a few laps on my Multistrada when passing a few years back, GT3's everywhere and very unnerving when closing in behind you will headlights flashing!
Have a great trip.

No longer an issue they banned bikes from the track on safety grounds
Ironic really when you see buses rumbling around carving past gt3rs (NOT)

Trip lengths matter not. They can be a day (or less) or a lifetime. Even the mode of transport is of no real consequence. The important thing is more that you have taken the time to share what it was you got up, which (for some people) is more than they’ll enjoy for themselves, for whatever reasons. They can ‘live’ your trip through you.
