Endurance Chain

Anyone fitted one of those endurance chains. They sound very appealing with lubrication and adjustment not required.

I would imagine the need to change both sprockets at the same time.

I have one, so far pretty good, after 2.5k miles, all I have done is keep it clean. No adjustment or lubrication required yet.

So an oily rag from time to time seems a good idea. Only to be expected I guess

Aye, I do clean mine regular and the gold colour looks great with no sign of any rust etc.

All modern sealed chains only require some lube between chain/sprocket.
This could be a dry lube,wd40, or a wetting with gear oil/chainsaw oil.
This has the added value of stopping it rusting..

The T7 guys get 20'000+ miles out of standard chains, One of them put one of these on and it was fucked at 12'000miles....................

You still have to lube it, you still have to take care of it
