Erratic torque on full throttle - 1200GS

Just spoken to the garage and it turns out there are two electrical systems on the bike NOT monitored for fault by the ECU:

1. Fuel pump control unit
2. HT leads

Bit unfortunate that the most fault prone item on the bike is not monitored!! I'm sure this will change on Rev2 of the 1200GS!!

They've replaced the fuel pump controller, checked the HT leads, replaced the coil...........and its still ed. Oh bollocks, no GS for xmas..........ARSE

Well the garage finally gave up and resorted to the trick of stripping the bits off a working GS and putting it on mine, until mine worked

Bit of a low tech approach, but it turned out to be the coil on one of the secondary plugs. So tobers, you were nearly bang on!!
