The Blood Bike group that I have set up has just taken delivery of a 2008 R1200RTP which started life as a demo bike with Essex Police and was then moved to the film and TV industry where it appeared in shows such as Holby City and Spooks.
It was brought up from Essex to Aberdeen by the "Bike Bus" who I would highly recommend to anyone around the UK that needs a bike moving from A to B.
When it arrived yesterday I was amazed at its condition and the fact that it has only done 9720 genuine miles, it is still in the police livery but we have just ordered a complete kit to re-livery it in Blood Bike colours.
It was serviced by the BMW dealer who supplied it as a demo bike initially and has had all the recalls done that were needed.
