Had a bit of a wind noise problem with a Roof R010 lid I bought at the Ally Pally show. Couldn't remember who I bought it from so phoned the importers, Thunderchild (see here ).
Chap there, Mark Oldroyd, was very helpful, said although they weren't supposed to deal with problems direct - I should take it back to the shop where I got it and so on - when I explained the problem he said OK, send it in.
He looked at it the day he got it, phoned me to explain the problem, adjusted and re-assembled it and sent it back out to me registered post the same day. Now fully sorted!!
