Extended clamp bolts

I would like to mount a box above the handlebar clamps and have been looking for some bolts like these but they need to be M8 threaded to within about 10mm of the top, with a 10mm head. It doesn't matter what the internal thread is. Any ideas?

Could you just not use a long bolt and use 2 nuts in the correct place to support the box?

I have nothing to do with the company, but they always seemed to stock every bolt I've needed for years, no matter how long / wierd etc.
