I have the ezCan Sahara 2 on the African twin but it's gone a bit crazy and won't wake up.

If I plug the laptop into it, it will start fine and stay on however the next time I turn off the bike it won't come back on. Out of the last 5 times I started the bike it came on once.

Ive checked the wiring and re did the whole lot
Power drained the unit
Checked the fuse
Checked the software version

Ive emailed Hex themselves but yet to get a reply, any thoughts or ideas?

Are you able to check the supply to the unit with a voltmeter? More likely an intermittent connection issue than a problem with the hex internals or software.

Must do that, although the power remains on once it’s plugged into a laptop are you thinking a break in a power cable or loose connection to the battery etc

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It's possible that it can operate from the usb power when connected to the laptop, but there's an issue getting power from the bike.
