Looks like our merican friends are receiving letters from BMW alerting them to the fuel strip issue, and some have received refunds for replacement strips they've previously paid for...

I seem to recall that the US issue has been mentioned before......
I don't suspect Uk dealers will be rushing to follow ..... however I stand by to be pleasantly surprised. .....

The American dealer network wants to reassure us that it stands behind its product. Meanwhile the European dealer network makes you pay to repair the same item. Don't go holding your breath waiting for that response !
