Hi all,
just thought sharing with you slight technical prob i had to deal with on my baby GS 650.
the bike refused to start after only a ten minute stop at the local Asda, the ABS and amber triangle light kept flashing, when the BMW service guy come out and showed him how to get the seat off ( he was more of a car mechanic, than a bike one
), he checked gears to c if it wasnt on neutral, stand, and finally the plastic ring around the ignition apparently responsible for code recognition..still didnt manage to get it started ..eventualy we had sent to the work shop where it seems like it had to go through « electrical surgery » because there were short circuit and event caught fire at some point..the good news it didnt cost a penny as it was under warranty
… any one had a similar experience ?
