F650 GS (single) Front Wire Wheel

I have a farkling idea and was wondering.......



If any of you ladies and Gentleman, no of any BMW F650 GS single, Front wheel available for sale, even if its damaged, the Hubb is good enough but a whole one better.

any leads or Ideas apreciated so I can set the farkling wheel into Motion

or i think there was one on ebay ,someone breaking an f650.

I have Pmed Panterg just now checked the wanted nothing there the moderator Timolgra is asking for the same in wanted posted late july so I assume theres nothing previous, so il pm him to see if he has a leads .....
I will try Ebay also, thought i might get a response here still looking.

F650GS Single Front wheel!

I've got one from an 06 going spare. The rim is slightly out of true but there's no corrosion on the hub.

I took jasons lead from above and Panterg also has a Hub pm's pinging around but I hope to get it from him.

Hi John,

the plan is to other than the standard alloy wheels on my 08 f650GS twin to fit wire wheels, the f650gs 19 inch hopefully fits the front with same disc.
rear 17 inch F800, so the plan is in thought so far Hubb for front on route!

black rims, and stainless steel spokes, TKC's for a more Rugged look.

wheel builder unsure yet...... need a f800 wheel or Hub to get the project going, but it will happen watch this space

by the bye seeing your name and avatar reminds me I was in kent this morning went to an air field for the use of their cafe..... good timing a spit fire just took off done a wing tilt very low over the airfield and went up awesome sound followed by a loop the loop and disapeared, during brecky a couple of nice looking girls sporting breitling logos leftwith some guys wearing huge brietling watches and took off in two wing walking planes, just thought ide share this! good timing for a breakfast

hubb arrived this morning, loverly condition so thanks again Panterg for the part and your speed in sending (even before I coffed up the funds)

ahh airfields where have they all gone. thats the one thing i loved about my time i spent living in england, all the airfields still open and could just go up when ever i felt like it

glas you go sorted, and evn happier you got hub off him as i had planned on buying it but had pull out as my excel rims fell through

keep us posted on the mods
