F650 Twin Service

I am looking to do the 16000mile service myself. Could anybody tell me what parts I need to change?

just had my 800gs serviced, there is no 16000 mile service, its 18000 miles.
Its a basic service, oil, filter, brake fluid if not already done (definately oil filter but maybe fuel and air filter as well, not too sure)
the 18000mile service also requires a change of fork oil though (this should be the same as the 650gs)
