Klackstopper. Perfect. That is exactly the sound the front suspension makes. KLACK! Doesn't everyone with a 800 GSA suffer from this? Now I know of this product more worms are exiting the can as others believe the floating brakes are the culprit. More experimentation to be done. Thanks for the info.

I suspect you could find something to suit over here if you measure up the gap and get hold of a suitable urethane bushing material,Steve.
