Wilbers springs and oil work for me

I brought the springs and oil from FTR and replaced the shock with a Nitron.

It's worth a call to FTR.

Hyperpro progressive get my vote reduces the dive. There's a lot of info on this worth doing a search and also over on the abr forum including replacement with fully adjustable marzzochi's from mx bikes

I have Ohlins springs fitted to mine and another good upgrade is to have is the nylon preload spacers that stop that annoying clunk of the springs contacting the fork caps.I cant remember who sels them though.
