When you share a link to a film on Youtube, how do you get the clip on your page as opposed to just a link that opens a new page on Youtube?

When I share a Youtube clip I just get a link.

When you click on 'share' a facebook logo should appear at the bottom of the screen, click on this and it should do the trick..

a new window opens
click on "custom" in the top right corner and choose the option you want

Yeah this is what I do but it seems only to put the link on my FB page as opposed to the little Youtube screen its self

Just post the standard link from youtube don't use the embed function.

Just type what you want in your status, paste the link job done.

Yep do that but only get a link with a tiny little screen.

The link takes you to youtube... clicking the small image opens the video in facebook.
