Faded plastic ?

Looking round the bike today , ive noticed a lot of the Black plastic panels have succumbed to sunlight fade

Mudguards, side panels etc

Anyone recommend a product that will retore them to there former glory ?

Try Mothers Naturally Black, best I’ve found, ACF50 does work

Autoglym Bumper Care works well but needs a bit of elbow grease.
Autoglym Vinyl and Trim polish is also very good and a lot easier to apply,

But it doesn't last.
All you're doing is drawing the oils out of the plastic.
It's a short term fix.

There isn't one. The oils leak out and the plastic fades.
Vinyl wrap is what I'd do.

I also heard that smooth peanut butter restores plastics .

I used the Autoglym silicone treatment multiple times, but lasts just a couple of weeks. That’s expected, so all good.

I recently purchased “solution finish”. It’s a black dye and apparently lasts over a year.

I yet have to apply it first (bike is at the mech currently).
Will report back.
