Ok Chris and thank you - I suggest you keep an eye on the thread as it will be the first place that the final design will become 'known' along with a date when they will be ready. Please note it does take time to make this gear but in very rarely stupidly long (like TT............)

It's been over a month for me nutty for the beak extender, the best bit about it is its about £20 cheaper in Germany but they are waiting for the German shop to send it over and Im having the privilege of paying extra for ffs

And they originally said in February that most of their new products for the new bike would be delivered in time for the bike launch

I like the sound of Rad protectors with vanes (sp). Like you say the spring of the vanes would take the brunt of any hit/strike

If you look at the rad protectors on motocross bikes they have vertical vanes angled to help air flow. They work well. Just a thought.

Angle of the protection plates can be `user defined` (posh way of saying that they can be manipulated outwards to a desired angle to increase airflow yet still provide protection)

Thanks - the TT ones are very easy to make (can`t say I blame them) but I always try to improve on something already good so its my own fault, really.

Yes, bitch to manufacture however Mr Norman Birtles (NN) saw the same image and just 5 minutes later ordered 30 pairs on `back order` so I may be somewhere near a good design...........

Price wise, god knows, haven`t had time to think about it TBH but whatever it is it won`t be rude or greedy!

That's a Touratech one, but good point, Mark could add this to his list of new farkles for the LC
