If it has only done 20k then it sounds like it was put in wrong
Given you will need to get a new seal and bearing and given your location, your best bet will be to get it to Marrakesh somehow.
I'm not sure Peter still does that.

I have had success with a problem I had in Demnate which is only about 60km from Azilal. Highly unlikely they will have the parts there but should be able to get them and fit them you.
If you are not already familiar with how it all goes together, have a look at this. It's for a K series but the process is pretty much the same.

Blimey! Ain't the internet wunnerful? I didn't fit the bearing, but about a day ago I thought I could feel something. Checked the wheel and it was smooth and fine. At least it had the decency to crap out in a town.

Urgent. Jack may have found a complete FD unit, but I need to know how many splines it has to the shaft. 1997 1100.
I think it's 16, @mikeyboy will probably know for sure.
