firmware downgrade to 3.40 help

hi, i'm running a nav 5 and 6 and last week the nav 5 was updated to firmware 350. however this has caused a problem with the waypoints (I now get hundreds of them).
it's an issue with the new firmware as the same route is ok on the other unit (and garmin confirmed this as well) so I need to roll back but.... I don't have the old firmware and can't find anywhere on the web that does

does anyone know where I could get this from please?
