Cue Nutty with his camera, waving it around, his naked body reflected in the double doors in prefect focus with the rest totally out of focus and a cameo role from the dog, along with a phone call from his dad mid production, resulting in him dropping the camera and tripping over the hoover..... and that, doctor, is how the nozzle came to be inserted, honestly.....

You could have got a Tom Tom 550 two years ago !
Saying that, I’ve ordered an XT to replace my 550

I’ve had Garmins since original Quest and used them for 20 years until I switched to Tom Tom 550, which has been brilliant .
Only going back to Garmin as I like the idea of being able to continue down dirt tracks etc using the new XT
 
So what does it do that a 590/595 doesn’t do?

Has full off-road maps for whole of Europe.
Updates over WiFi so no need to plug in to a computer
Let’s you plan and download routes from an iPad or tablet /phone or share routes wirelessly with another XT.
Syncs to phone to give you live traffic, weather updates, texts etc .

Apart from that ......erm.....:-)

Looks good, but won't help the majority get to Waitrose as they won't be needing off road maps.
