Fitted new bulb, still says LampF

Hi All
I've just got the LampF up on the dash and noticed that the main beam is out.
I have just changed the bulb, but the fault light is still on and the light is not illuminated.
The sidelight and the aux lights plus the rear light are still working.
Is there a fuse etc for this light on its own?
Maybe I've just been unlucky and got a dud new bulb?
Any ideas

It's ok chaps.
Re-fitted the new bulb, fault still showing but on starting the bike the lamp lights and the fault goes off.
Glad I tried it again
