Rode to Berlin in 2004 on my GS..l got there and bought a GSA screen kit as I'd had enough.....it made a difference but not enough to warrant the 200 euro cost at the time

MRA screen makes a bigger difference. ;)

AFAIK you'll need a different set of tobinators for the GSA screen - at least they're sold as a separate item to the standard tobinators.

Earplugs make a huge difference. I don't know how I ever rode without them.

Oddly enough I find the standard 1150 screen with Tobinators works better than the MRA screen with them. Also the MRA screen seems to be made from the most flexible plastic possible and bends around a lot which the standard screen doesn't.

For the OP as others have said, try earplugs first before spending a lot of money.

If that doesn't work I may well have a second hand MRA screen for sale :D
