Fitting Bagsters

Sorry - probably not a tech question really but....

where the flip do all these straps for the Adventure bagster cover attach too? There is obviously 1 round the yoke, two attach to the sides of the tank and one behind but I'm left with 1 each side at the top, and 2 each side with 'hook' ends

Any clues appreciated
