I'll be out there again to tidy it all up as son as I've done a few miles on it to make sure there are no problems, replace all the white cable ties with black and seal it all up , re-route the cables a bit and generally tidy up the whole installation![]()

Once it's all covered with desert shite you won't be able to find the new bits.No Matt, I'm afraid not......
We've got a spaniel as well, and although the mad bouncing up and down on the spot is a good act, it all sort of falls apart when they start running big circles yapping at the imaginary squirrels they're chasing......though if you could find one with enough brain cells to hold tools for you, the soft mouth would come in vary handy.
A Spaniel with a brain though??

i put my ballasts where the abs goes, (mines non abs),had to lengthen the cables though, 6000 miles trouble free

And did you lengthen the silicon cables to the burners? Very brave if you did the factory are totally against it, they supply me the correct silicon extensions for the job, it's one cable not to cut, the power cable is fine to do what you want with
Flied brollocks![]()
i used the leads off a multimeter, its the same stuff, and soldered them, then silicone wrap to cover them, im a trained sparky![]()

I started the hole with a small drill, then quickly realised that the yellow and brown wires fitted to the inside of the plastic piece would be obstructing the hole drill, so I pried them out from the inside with a flat blade screwdriver, laid them aside and drilled the hole out

read your guide last night and whacked my low beam hid in this morning, Saved me loads of time messing and sussing it out.
I left the lights in place and had it done in half hour, Top man!
Thanks
Kev
