Just tried to change the final drive oil no the bike but had to give up as the I could not shift the filler plug ,how tight are these things torqued up ,luckily I did not take the drain plug out first .any idea's how to shift it as I don't want to knacker it up .

Maybe it was loctited? Perhaps add a bit of heat to melt it first and then try again?

A bit of heat might help, it may be someone put some heavy grade loctite on the thread

EDIT De Ja Vous :clap

They can be fooking tight,,
Large dia thread with a large contact area and a small drive.
It needs to be snatched or use an impact wrench.
Better idea is to fill through the abs sensor,as advised above:thumb

Aaand when those type of bolts/plugs do let go you are very likely to smack your hand into something as they will be veeery loose (damhik) so, be prepared, :D

Be careful to try the largest Torx key that will fit. The next size down often feels ok but then goes on to chew the screw head.

Ideally undo the ParaLever top link and tilt the FD backwards. That drain the oil though the speedo sensor hole and recirculates grease in the suspension bearings.
