Foot Pegs

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to lower the original footpegs on a 800GS,I have the lower TT seat as I am a short arse,however I find on long journeys a little cramped in the leg department.I have seen lower pegs for other bikes just not the 800.

Any ideas?????

You can try removing the rubber on the footpegs... I took them out long time ago and I have pretty much forgotten about them.

Replace with Fastway Footpegz which are 40mm lower than stock, makes for a more comfy riding position and better when stood up off road as they keep weight lower. They are not cheap but come up on here (for sale section) now and then.

I fear they'll be meeting tarmac pretty soon then (cornering clearance?)

Yeah just yank the large rubber parts off the footpeg's.
