Fork oil

Does anyone know how much each fork takes of oil and which weight of oil. Many thanks....

Courtesy of Sooty 09 -The manual says 765ml 0f SAE7.5 hydraulic fluid for the initial fill. Then with the spring removed and the spacer installed (with all air bubbles removed) the level from fork leg top to fluid with forks fully compressed is 60mm.

If you don't take it off road, it really benefits from a heavier oil i.e. SAE10

I've just changed to 10w fork oil. It has improved the ride, not nearly so much dive under braking.
