My XR had a faulty front tyre which had several very small bulges. I thought the front wheel needed balancing and would not have spotted the problem with the tyre myself. Geoff at Hilltop solved the problem.

There's a chap in the UK who's fork crimp looks to be failing, there's oil coming out and its not sitting right. It's going back to BMW, but good jog it was spotted.

We were told that this problem has not occurred in the UK, do you know when it happened?. We still have no answers or any correspondence from BMW, maybe they think if they keep quite it will all go away.

It will be interesting to hear BMW response to his fork problem as I assume he will take it into a dealer, I also assume that dealers in the UK have not been notified of this problem.

If he wants more photos of our bikes to show the dealer, we would be happy to supply them
