No matter how many times i change my tyres it even never ceases to amaze me how well a bike handle with a new pair of boots on. Just stuck a set of Tourance Nexts on in preparation for my trip to the Dingle Peninsula starting this Thursday

nding them and in the endI have Anakee 3,s.The rear has now done 7400 since March and needs changing asap.
Are the Anakees still in short supply?
If so i fancy Pilot 4,s,the PR3,s were great on the RT.
nding them and in the end
When I looked for the PR 4's I has a hard time finding a set and ended up buying from Germany!
I wouldn't buy Anakee 3's again because of the road noise they generate but I thought they were a decent tyre.
Good luck making your choice.
What was the website you bought from in Germany? I can't get them at all in the UK as everyone has them on back order and even the Michelin Reps don't know when they'll be in!!!

It was a company called Tyreleader.co.uk. They definitely came to me direct from Germany and cost £208.48 for the pair, delivered.
Thanks, but they don't ship to Northern Ireland. Amazing in today's world!
It is a surprise that.
Have you thought of moving somewhere more accessible like mid Africa?
I've seen adverts on TV and they're always sending stuff out there. Maybe we could all sponsor you for £2 a month!![]()
I'm a fan of incurables too. That's a good idea. I hear Ebola, as well as tyres, is readily available in that neck of the woods! I'm in. I love uncurables.
Michelin really are bloody useless with their stock levels.![]()
So, that's the Anakee 3 AND PR4 that they can't supply for the worlds biggest selling motorbike.![]()
I was chatting to the chap that does my tyres and he says they always seem to make the same mistakes when a new tyre is launched. This has been going on for months, why can't Michelin sort it out? Do they want us all to switch tyre manufacturers?

I also seem to remember he said that the UK wasn't at the top of Michelins list when it comes to supplying rubber.
