Cheers bro,it’s not dead, well I don’t think it is,I just want to give it a clean, so is it only held in by the screw and the crud 🤔
Thanks for your reply 👍

Try twisting it very gently as you remove it , be careful as they are not cheap.
It is advisable to keep the area and screw well greased for regular removal.
I have seen it advised to remove the screw and drop the sender back a bit when removing the front wheel to avoid damaging the sensor, something I always do having seen the price of them.

Cheers mate, reckon it can stay there for now,it’s “tighter than a tight thing being tight “
I don’t fancy breaking it 🙄😉

squirt gunk on and give it another go in a few weeks?

ACF50 has great creep and good anti corrosion properties
PlusGas is the DBs for seized stuff

oh - try not to get either on the brakes - ACF is incredible for turning those off for 6 months once it gets on the disc, I expect PlusGas will burn off... they will dribble on to the left disc as u ride about if you apply too liberally

Cheers Botus, this is all because of the warning light "Brake Failure" after i got my OBD2 and cleared all the codes, reset the service notice, and sorted out my TPMS everything was grand, but this BF light is getting on my nerves,so i thought by cleaning the sensor it might do the job .
Thanks for your reply Baza

I had a brake fail caption, code readout said it was the front sensor. It was actually a worn loom between the sensor connector and the brain. Worth checking?
