Front near side engine bolt

Can anyone advise on what should be here? It looks too long for just a nut and washer, I've looked on realoem.com for a diagram and cannot find a picture with the bolts for the engine ( granted I may be being blonde!)

And also how many springs should the centre stand have? And are they both the same length if they need two??

is the bolt free to turn in the crankcase?
 
Seems fine to me - just a nut and washer, and centralise the bolt so there is the same sticking out either side. They do show a bit more thread than you might expect, but done so as to allow crash bars to be fitted (its on of the mounting point's).

Cant help with the springs tho...

Ha! Cunning plan, I've binned the original and got a proper locking out one that's fitted to the foot peg but good spot, keeping you on yer toes
