Fuel pump failure

Bike packed in today - Carole Nash had it recovered so am currently in Pamplona, Spain. I changed the fuel pump controller, but software now points to a fuel pump failure - any one else had this. Did a quick search with no results

Had a couple of beers in the hotel and a bit of a think. Re-checked all the connections to the controller - output not properly connected (not pushed far enough in) - looks OK now and all the fault codes have cleared. Time for more beer and maybe consider worlds problems.
