I have a 1996 r1100gs which has been standing still in my workshop for a year or so,when I tried to start it up the fuel pump was not working(no noise when turning on ignition) so I changed the pump and everything was fine for a few days and then the new pump stopped working so am now thinking there is an intermiitent fault somewhere.Any advice would be gratefully received

I think you will find Humpty Dumpty was not fecking impressed with gravity

I dont think you will find that gravity was the problem, it was the sudden stop at the end that caused the trouble
