Im tearing my hair out here.

I changed the front pads.

Now there is no bite to the brakes, they feel all soft and squishy.

I have bled them over and over. No air coming out.

Any ideas ?

I think you still have some air in there somewhere. Get a syringe and reverse bleed them. Sometimes that is the only way to do it.

Push the pistons right back into the caliper then take the master cylinder off the handlebars and hang it up so the hose is vertical, Leave it like that overnight and that should sort it out.

A common problem with the Brembo brakes on KTM's too.

;)

Always make a point of pushing the caliper in before you wash and stand your bike for any period of time.

Wot he said. Brembo's can be a doddle, or a total ba*tard. There is no in between. I have a power bleed kit, and have had to reverse bleed the buggers before now. (pumping fresh fluid up from the nipple on the caliper)
Yet on other bikes with the same set up they can be done easily. :nenau Have a brew, clean up, and start over again.
Good luck.

put a tyrip around the friont brake handle and zip it tight.
leave it for at least 24 hours then unzip it and feel the change.

best results if the frontbrake fluid holder is the highst point zo the air bubles can get op.

but what i dont get is that you only changed the front pads and did change the fluid, how the hell did air get in?
