The only things left (if everything you say you have done has been done correctly) would be master cylinder or ABS pump fault, perhaps. My money would be on a master cylinder fault.

We've changed the master cylinder piston.
Could it be that the master cylinder ''champer'' is ''corrupted''?
We'll bypass the abs now.
If the problem will be solved then it is ABS fault.
If the problem persist i should order a new master cylinder.
It's very frustrating not being able to locate what's causing the problem in the first place.
