g9 quick question

hi all

just a quick question to scala g9 owners or anybody who knows

i have purchased a g9 powerset bike to bike comms and have read instructions.

all i want to do is talk to my wife when out riding our 2 bikes, is it correct i have to call her by buddy name or call intercom. via voice recognition.

we just want to start talking and the system should just start/work like on the cbt.

i.e do you want to stop at ???????? too late as i have to shout to wake up system (vox) and i mean shout then say wifes full name or two words in buddys or call intecom then say do you want to stop at ??????? but too late as we have ridden passed due to time taken very fustrating.

any help to sort please.

You can also avoid shouting to initiate VOX by pressing a button.

While not doing much intercom stuff yet, I believe that if you don't use it for a while it drops off (likely to save battery), thus needing you to press buttons or activate VOX instructions to get it working again. But I'm not sure about this.

Mmmmm, car,nt comment on the G9 but Interphone F5 is just like having a phone conversation....switch units on, press button on one unit to connect....then it's good to go all day....no more button pressing/callsign malarkey.....jobs a good un...
