What time will folk be arriving at the hotel on the Friday? I had planned to take a run down and pitch the tartan marquee then pop home to pick up the better half once she finishes her work (yes I send her out to work!!) before returning for the weekends festivities.

Di now won't be able to make it and since I snore like a bas*ard I'd like to offer some poor camper a swop -our two places in the bunkhouse for a (very small) tent pitch.
If , of course ,this is acceptable to the esteemed organisation

If you can get someone to swop, Wully, then that's fine. I'll leave it with you
Peeps attending have got to realise however, that any Bunkhouse cancellation that doesn't get filled still has to be paid for... either by the cancellee (which would be my choice) or from the Charity coffers (which wouldn't be my choice)
Hope this doesn't sound too harsh but with only 3 weeks to go, filling cancelled spaces will be more difficult as the event gets closer

TT, The hotel opens at 11:00 hours. Feel free to pitch your tent anytime on Friday. I would reckon that folk will be turning up from noon onwards (maybe earlier even)
