Gear Lever Bolt Constantly Coming Loose

Afternoon all,
I spent some time reviewing this thread yesterday as I was sure I'd missed something. I had, in fact twice. In all the years I've been removing the gear lever to clean the bush I never knew there were two other plastic bushes that needed to be removed.
I removed those last night and cleaned off all the crap that had accumulated between them and the lever.

So today I have a full set of clean and fully lubricated bushes, a tight bolt and a freely moving lever. Hurrah!

And a week later and my bolt and lever is still firm and both bushes remain nicely lubricated. Jobsaguddun.
