Click to expand... Replace it with a 5mm allen bolt, once it's off. It's the only tor-x of that size on the bike.

The 8mm didn't fit my 2010 GSA - but digging around in the bottom of the tool box, I found something that did - a VERY old 1/4" AF ring spanner! Good advice to replace it though Mr K...

I just checked in the garage and the socket is an E8. Glad you got it sorted.
