Reet heres the deal, i have taken delivery of the X Thunder bike so i am in a god mood.I bought the gearbox Rob had for sale a month or so ago thinking i may well get myself a 80gs, well the 80 got bigger, so if any body is ever in the Sh!t and needs a box as a temp messure while they fix there own, give me a call and you can lend the spare...can't buy it cos i have the 90s and the box would me as a temp fix also..

Glad you're happy with your new bike.

The 90s gearbox will only fit bikes made before 81. (Heavy flywheel bikes) the input shaft is too long for the later bikes.
