Anybody had any experience with the gear change.
Earlier this year my 2001 gs started to stick in 2nd gear when changing up the box.The only way I could change gear again was
To slowdown, throttle off clutch fully in and give it a good boot at changing up this took 3 odd attempts.This happened several times over a few weeks.(the gear leaver would not budge)
I went back to Rydales and the fitter (technician) took it for a test ride and of course nothing happened.
They did suggest that it was my riding style : confused:
and to be fair offered to bring someone in from Bracknall ( ? )to take it for a ride if it continued.
As it has started to happening again ( seems to be that after a few short journeys that it starts again and after a long one stops ) I thought i'd post this.
I have not gone back to rydales yet nore have I had a crap servise from them but I'm fishing to see if anyone else has had problems same as mine.
