Or you could do what I did...
Gelastic pad fitted under the cover by Custom Motorcycle Seats in Coventry (google is your friend!). It's not gel as we know it. It's a honeycomb-type rubber that I found a great improvement over the stock seat. As I go to Cov fairly regularly there was no charge for collection or delivery and from memory it cost about £90.00. To look at, you'd never know it had been touched.

Tony Archer of Huddersfield fits them inside the seat for £60 + delivery if you want a more permanent solution.
