General HELP .

Have fitted the 2610 on bike and was kinda playing in garage with it . .GPS was switched off ,like it says .Set up a easy route and was following it . So i thought about stop overs .Usedthe places to stay and all i got was big Hotels . Is it possable to find B+B while on route ,or do you need to know where you are going to stay ???? Just dont like the idea of staying at the Hilton ..... Many Thanks , its just i a bit useless with gadgets and the manuals that are supplied . Cheers Geno.

The Points of Interest that come with the Garmin mapping products are pretty generic and usually quite out of date. Best to do your research on the net and add the waypoints you need using Mapsource before a big trip.

If you had a 2720, or even a lowly but more recent i3, you could add a huge number of custom POIs (tens of thousands). I think with the 2610, like my Quest, you're limited to 500.
