Get a grip !

Have a problem with fingers freezing..........after a short while with the heated grips on the throttle becomes stiff which means I have to turn off the heater...............or drive with cruise control on !
I had the same problem on my old R1100GS which the dealer sorted out - maybe I should have asked what he did.
Anyone had same problem and can offer solution, other than wear thicker gloves ?

I had the same problem. I just slackened off the bar-end weight a little. I suppose I should have put a washer in there really.....

Yup! Had the same problem, just drop a washer inside the bar weight to move it away from the grip.
