That's four folk now had to back out at this late stage. I've spoken to Bhud this morning about this and we think it's only fair to ask the folk in question (and any others who can't make it now) to still pay for their grub. I realise that they won't actually get anythign to eat but the food has all been bought and paid for by Bhud and myself.
If we don't ask for this, then it means asking the others to pay more and in effect subsidise the late call offs or me and Bhud are out of pocket, neither of which is very fair. One or two call offs could probably be covered but no more than that.
If fairness, a couple of the guys who've called off immediately said they'd cover any costs so hopefully everyone agrees.
It's unfortunate but neccessary I'm afraid.
