giving up (again) roll up's

Twenty days today, just been for a push bike ride and had my best average so far this year, then had a spin on my bike and two others...

This afternoon sees the annual dursey sound swim. which is swimming under irelands only cable car from the island back to the mainland...

Hi David,

Thanks, did you enjoy Nepal and how are the metzelers????:augie

Nepal was incredible. Got back on Saturday last. Really good experience. The ancient Royal Enfield we rented was good craic too
The Tourances are great on the Varadero. Much better than the trail attacks on poor surfaces...

You're doing well if so ! :clap:clap

Here's a site you should find interesting.........http://ridewithgps.com/

It allows you to see the elevation/profile of your spin......

Good luck Jaythro:thumb

I went outr again today for the healey pass run and shaved 2 minutes off my time with an average of 26,1 KMH, Interestingly enough for those of us who cycle.

The first hour 30KMH including a biggish hill over to Castletown.
Two hours took meto 28KMH including up and down the healey pass.
But by the timeI got home was down to 26,1 there are two fek off hills close to home which are killers.

This is all a bit of therapy for me Kev, so if you don't appreciate it fek off:thumb

Oh and BTW thats 34 days.... but I have to think about that as I gave up counting...:aidan

Hi Richie, good on ya, keep at it! I'm panting here just reading about cycling over the Healey Pass!

Hi Jay, hope matters are improving for ya, keep off the fags anyhow!

Richie,

my pleasure, keep off the bastard things!

My wife has a sister and brother who smoke, talked about wrinkled and old looking (them, not her). I am so glad we stopped in the eighties, best move ever.

Bin, Gerry C, Vireo in another few days you owe my charity 60€.....:thumb

I believe in keeping charity at home, so there is a day centre for mentally challenged adults in Castletownbere, I think I will opt for that:thumb2

Not sure that "mentally challenged" is the right PC terminology but you get my meaning.

This thread has been good for me BTW and I thank you all......:aidan

FAIR PLAY, RICHIE . .
