Bought my daughter a Philips Go Gear SA3125 2GB for xmas, and cant seem to download music onto it in? No problems with video format, but will not allow me to put on MP3 format???????? Tells me WMV format supported, but on the box it says MP3 and WMA???? What am i doing wrong????

When it says install the media converter disc first, it doesn't mean you have to put your music files into it, just your video files. You load your music files straight into the player
