Godzilla has arrived

Bike looking very good in blue. :thumb2Maybe you could do a gs vs gsa review at some stage Nutty.

Post 16 is a sort of review, but since then I've put another couple of hundred miles on, and am impressed at how smooth it is.

I never noticed a problem with my last bike while I had it, but this one is much smoother at low speeds, and seems to soak up road imperfections better. When I test rode a couple of GSA's, they didn't seem as responsive as my GS, but they had the standard exhaust. With the Akra, this GSA doesn't seem any slower.

Handling is as good as the GS, and I will give up long before the bike does. It's very easy to get the front wheel off the ground, especially once deactivating ABS and traction control!:green gri

I still really rate the keyless ride. I just put the fob in my jacket pocket, and don't have to think about it again. Gloves on, and off you go. I had to fill up yesterday, and the keyless fuel filler worked fine. I'm still getting over spending nearly £40 on filling a bike up with petrol though!

All in all, I'd say this bike is like a fast magic carpet! I spent the day on the S1000 today, and as fast and fun as that is, it's only then that you appreciate how the GSA really is a do everything bike.:thumb

New 15 my Gs

Yes, I I'd the Same, rode my new GS, then went out on my R nine, suspension feels fecked, like I Had a flat.

Em why do I need the R nine.

Not sure currently. It is very different though. And makes me kinda of smile.

Kind of wish I had added keyless now, but my multistrada friends put me off.

It's good to have a contrast, but if I had to have one bike, it would be the GSA.:thumb

Rails refitted. Now ready for the first service on Thursday, and the bike has been perfect, so far, as it should be.:beerjug:

It does look more purposeful. I washed the bike for the first time today, and they do get in the way when trying to get into the hard to reach areas.

I also managed to cut my hands a few times in the process!:blast Cut hands is a small price to pay though!:P

Well, you need to get the bike that suits your user name.:rob:D
