Thanks for the good wishes folks. It's 8am here in SF and so far the trip has focused mainly on drinking with my daughter Natasha.

We were supposed to get the bikes delivered yesterday, but customs release paperwork was apparently not sent from Houston to Oakland. All being well we should have them delivered to MotoMarin today. On the plus side, Natasha and I spent a lovely day yesterday in central SF and we have some good plans for the next couple of days which you can read about here.

I was talking to Chris a wee while ago and he is away to the docks at Oakland to get the bikes cleared for delivery. Fingers crossed.
